<p>PURPOSE:To stably and efficiently form the surface of a steel sheet having +0.5 to +1.0 Rsk. CONSTITUTION:In the last two passes at the time of rolling of multi passes, by using dull rolls having -1.2 to -0.5 Rsk, the rolling is executed and by rolling the passes before the last pass with bright rolls, the steel sheet having +0.5 to +1.0 Rsk surface roughness is obtd. Further, in the last three passes or more at the time of rolling of the multi passes, by using the dull rolls having -1.2 to -0.5Psk and rolling, the steel sheet having +0.5 to +1.0 Rsk surface roughness can be obtd.</p> |
