CONSTITUTION:The winding speed of profile bar is controlled so as to bring the measured value of the bending radius of wound matter 16, which is produced by winding the profile bar round material to be wound 10 and to which bending is applied with a press roller 26, within the predetermined range by measuring the bending radius with a position sensor 28, with which the position of the press roller 26 is detected. |
