<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat recovering efficiency from a combustion exhaust gas while inhibiting bad influence on a temperature of a melting chamber by the change of weather condition and the like without depending on a furnace operator. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust heat recovery-type melting furnace comprises a feeding passage 6 for feeding the combustion air introduced from an introduction part 6a as a combustion promoting gas to a melting chamber 1 side, and a heat recovering part (heat accumulating chamber) 4 communicated with the feeding passage 6, recovering the exhaust heat from the melting chamber 1 and preheating the air for combustion, and a radiation characteristic control means 10 is mounted on the way of the feeding passage 6 of the combustion air from the introduction part 6a to the heat recovering part 4, to control the thermal radiation characteristic of the combustion air. The radiation characteristic control means 10 is composed of a device for enriching an absolute humidity of the combustion air and/or carbon dioxide, or a device for supplying the steam, atomized water, carbon dioxide or their combination to the middle of the feeding passage 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
