The method builds a waste dump yard into a garden hill with wastes from homes and plants covered in alternation with disposal earth from construction sites to the combined effect of waste disposition and land beautification. An area of a little upper leveled ground is enclosed with an encircling earth bank of 5 or more meter width to have drain pipes arranged radially from the center outward. Waste materials and disposal earth are alternately dumped to form respective layers in building a hill within the bank. Gas pipes are planted into the hill to lead out gas generated from decaying of the wastes underground. Flowers, plants and trees are planted in the top soil of the finished earth hill to beautify the hill. The earth layers helps supply oxygen for decaying the wastes.
