<p>PURPOSE:To improve the precision of temperature control for the rolled stock by controlling laminar water by detecting an operation delay time of laminar water due to the change of electric current values of driving motors which drive roller tables for a coiler. CONSTITUTION:An arrival of cooling water to roller tables 3a, 3b is detected by detecting the change of electric current values of driving motors 4a, 4b of the roller tables 3a, 3b for a coiler with an electric current change detecting unit 7. A spray response delay time is detected and stored by obtaining the difference between the generation time of this detected signal and the opening signal output time of the spray valve 2a, 2b. This delay time is used for controlling as the delay time of temperature controlling device. The precision of the temperature control for the rolled stock can be improved because the change of the arrival time of the rolled stock for each valve due to the aging of the laminar valve 2a, 2b, and the change of water pressure of the laminar water 11a, 11b, etc., can be precisely detected in advance.</p> |
