PURPOSE:To improve slide characteristics on the border of a slide material where a sintered layer and the surface of a filling substance are machined and under a mixing lubricating condition by constituting the slide material by way of containing synthetic resin, molybdenum disulfide and graphite filled in a space between sintered particles of the Cu (alloy) sintered layer sindered on the surface of a back plate. CONSTITUTION:On the machined surface of a sintered metal made by sintering metal particulates of 30-200mum in particulate diameter accumulated in more than two layers at a hole rate of 5-70volume%, the surface is exposed at a surface exposure rate of less than 95% and the total amount of molybdenum disulfide and graphite is to be 30-80weight%. |
