PURPOSE:To obtain the ultrasonic probe for intra-body cavity use which facilitates the position recognition to a target position for diagnosis by obtaining the diagonal forward image in an insertion direction and the ultrasonic diagnosing device for intra-body cavity use. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 which is provided at the front end of a rotating body 12 freely rotatably inserted into a long-sized tube 10 and transmits and receives ultrasonic waves in the base end direction of the rotating body 12 and a mirror 16 which is provided on the radiation axis of the ultrasonic waves transmitted from the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 and can freely change the angle with the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 and can freely change the distance from the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 are provided. The ultrasonic waves are transmitted or received in the root end direction of the rotating body 12 from the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 provided at the front end of the rotating body 12. Further, the diagonal forward image of the prescribed range is obtd. while changing the distance from the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14 by moving the mirror 16 or changing the angle of the mirror 16 with the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 14.
