发明名称 METHOD FOR THERMAL PROCESSING OF FOOD OR THE LIKE IN SPACE AND ITS APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out baking processing at an ideal temperature by floating an objective material to a position in an air space within a prescribed distance from a hot-air blasting plate by jetting power of hot air and thermally processing the objective material with the heat of the hot air. CONSTITUTION:An objective material (a) requiring heating is initially placed on a hot-air blasting plate 5 and an air blasting device (A) having an assembled hot-air producer is then operated or hot air is subsequently fed into a machine body 1 or an electric current is passed through an electromagnetic heating coil to rapidly increase the temperature of a heat receiving plate. The resultant hot air is then jetted from many hot-air jetting holes 4 under a high pressure. The objective material (a) placed on the hot-air blasting plate 5 is floated in a position within a prescribed distance from the plate 5 in an air space. The objective material (a) to be heated is excellently subjected to thermal processing at a suitable temperature in the air space.
