PURPOSE:To provide the small-diameter pipe inner periphery cutting device of a thick wall small-diameter pipe manufacturing facility removing fine cracks generated when pipes to be machined are draw-machined and manufacturing thick, small-diameter pipes having high-quality inner peripheries. CONSTITUTION:A holder 3, a pipe chuck 11, a pipe holding base 1, and a holding/moving body 2 are provided so that cutting edges 5 are coupled at one end, pipes 10A-10J to be machined are coupled from the other side, the machined pipes 10A-10J are rotated relatively to core metals 4 centering on the axes, and the inner faces of the machined pipes 10A-10J are cut while the core metals 4 chucked at the other ends are pulled relatively to the machined pipes 10A-10J. Black film layers on the inner peripheries are completely removed, fine cracks are reduced, smoothness is increased, and pressure tightness is improved. |
