PURPOSE:To detect the right and wrong sides of printing paper, while the printing paper is left as it is, without forming a right and wrong sides- distinguishing mark beforehand on the printing paper. CONSTITUTION:A right and wrong sides sensor 20 is constituted by two contact pins provided separately. A paper push-up lever 25 is provided below the right and wrong sides sensor 20. A solenoid 27 is linked to the push-up lever 25 and paper 10 is pressed to the right and wrong sides sensor 20 when the solenoid is turned ON and OFF. At that time, the value of resistance between the contact pins and the detected value and reference value are compared with each other so that the right or wrong side of the paper is decided. |
