PURPOSE:To obtain a profile molded article having high strength and excellent durability using a composition low in a water/cement ratio by kneading a composition containing a hydraulic inorg. substance, water, a reinforcing fiber and a water-soluble polymeric substance in specific amounts to subject the same to vibration pressure molding. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of 100 pts.wt. of a hydraulic inorg. substance such as cement or gypsum, 15-60 pts.wt. of water, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a reinforcing fiber and 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a water-soluble polymer is kneaded and formed into a flat plate shape if necessary by extrusion molding. The kneaded matter is put in a pressure mold and a vibrator is attached to the mold to apply fine vibration to the kneaded matter. As this apparatus, for example, a vibration press is designated. Further, an inorg. filler such as silica sand or sand may be added to this composition and the composition is cured after molding by a usual method. |
