PURPOSE:To gasify and decompose oil adhered within a hood and to a filter in a ventilation device in a kitchen into water vapor and carbon dioxide at its low temperature by ultra-violet rays, catalyst performing oxidization and decomposing with the ultra-violet rays, heat and another catalyst performing oxidization and decomposing with heat. CONSTITUTION:Catalyst for oxidizing and decomposing oily substance with ultra-violet rays and another catalyst for oxidizing and decomposing oily substance with heat are applied to a main body 8 of a ventilation device for mounting a ultra-violet rays generating device 6 and a heating device 7 at a rear surface of a hood 5, inside parts of the hoods 5 and 9 and a surface of a filter 15.A panel which can be opened or closed is mounted at a front surface of the hood 9 and further the ultra-violet rays generating device 6 and the heating device 7 are mounted at a rear surface of the panel. |
