PURPOSE:To form a uniform thin water film with saturated steam by a method wherein a reciprocating roller of which temperature can be regulated and a high temperature case which can adjust saturated temperature in contact with the reciprocating roller are provided. CONSTITUTION:A highly humid case 6 is provided in contact with a reciprocating roller 4. An ultrasonic humidifier 7 and a sheath type electrothermal heater 8 are provided in the highly humid case 6, and saturated temperature of an atmosphere 9 in the case 6 is made adjustable. When temperature of the reciprocating roller 4 is kept lower than saturated temperature in the highly humid case 6, a uniform thin water film is formed on a surface of the reciprocating roller 4. |
