PURPOSE:To make it possible to stack the load of only a specific process such as a neck process within a short time at the time of making a production plan for production management. CONSTITUTION:This process load stacking processing system is provided with a process information storing part 6 for storing the detailed information of an objective process, i.e., a process number, a product number, a reading time, the number of constitutional units, a unit load time, a stacking period, etc., the 1st and 2nd production schedule storing parts 4, 5 for respectively storing an unchanged production schedule and a changed production schedule and the 1st and 2nd load storing parts 7, 8 for storing the load variables of an unchanged process and a changed process and their production scheduled dates. The system is also provided with a production schedule changing number calculating part 1 for mutually comparing production schedules data stored in the 1st and 2nd storing parts 4, 5 and calculating the item numbers of items changed at their schedules and the number of changed units, a load calculating part 2 for calculating the quantity of load based upon the changed data and information stored in the storing part 6 and a load stack calculating part 3 for stacking load based upon the calculated load quantity and the unchanged load quantity and storing the changed load quantity in the 2nd load storing part 8. |
