PURPOSE:To clearly recognize a test specimen and to accurately detect its positional deviation, etc., by detachably providing a cylindrical light reflector for illuminating the test specimen obliquely from above and first, second polarizing filters and so providing the filters as to be relatively adjustably at rotary angles. CONSTITUTION:An illumination light illuminated from a first light source 5 is reflected on a half mirror 4, and incident perpendicularly to a test specimen 11. An illumination light illuminated from a second light source 6 is reflected inward by light reflector 3, and incident to the specimen 11 obliquely from above. If the specimen 11 is formed, for example, of a glossy material and a board 10 is formed of a dark material, the source 5 is fired, polarizing filters 12, 13 are removed, and removed, and it is observed. Then, a light (a) incident perpendicularly from the source 5 through a first optical path 20 is reflected perpendicularly above only by the specimen 11, and a contour of the specimen 11 can be clearly recognized by a camera 1. |
