PURPOSE:To estimate a parameter and take a frequency analysis with high precision even unless the parameter is constant within observation time width by estimating a current frequency by a frequency arithmetic part from a weight coefficient calculated by a weight coefficient arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:The value of a time-series signal which is one sample precedent, the value which is two samples precedent, and the current value are inputted to input terminals 11a, 11b, and 11c of the weight coefficient arithmetic part 10. The inputted signals are weighted by a correction part 12 with the coefficient and time of an error model and then a correlation arithmetic part 13 find the autocorrelation and cross correlation of each signal. The values are inputted to a normal equation arithmetic part 14, which calculates the weight coefficient. The frequency arithmetic part 20 calculates the current frequency by using the weight coefficient obtained by the arithmetic part 14. |
