The present invention relates to a heating system for buildings, comprising an air-conditioning unit connected to at least one utilisation unit, the said air-conditioning unit comprising an accumulator connected to a water boiler via a pump, the said water boiler and the said pump being controlled by a thermostat mounted in the accumulator, and the said utilisation unit comprising at least one pump and a heat exchanger, the said pump being controlled by a thermostat mounted in the room to be heated. The outlet of the water boiler (3) is connected to the inlet (60) of a flow divider (6) comprising a first outlet (61) emerging inside the accumulator (1) and a second outlet (62) connected to the inlet (A) of the utilisation unit, the outlet (B) of the utilisation unit emerging in the said accumulator (1). <IMAGE>
