The device comprises a sliding plane (35) for the continuous joined material (14) consisting of a plurality of sheets overlapping along transverse and plasticised edges. A frame (15) is arranged above the sliding plane (35), in an inclined position with respect to the width of the said material (14) or to the edges which overlap.
