<p>PURPOSE:To restrict a load to a specified exchange station and to prevent influence to a whole network when the specified exchange station constituting a network becomes an over load state. CONSTITUTION:In plural exchange stations constituting the network by a common line signal system, a signal on load state measurement data on a central control unit 22, which is measured in an origination exchange station 20, is transmitted to an opposite exchange station 10 that is oppositely connected to the origination exchange station 20 through a common signal line 31. The opposite exchange station 10 previously decides the appropriate value of the number of lines, which is considered to be appropriate amount in accordance with the over load state level of the origination exchange station 20. When the opposite exchange station 10 receives the signal of load state measurement data of the origination exchange station 20, originating call from the opposite exchange station 10 to the origination exchange station 20 as to the line exceeding the appropriate amount is restricted based on the load state measurement data.</p> |
