<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the congestion at a tollhouse by acquiring the register number of an automobile running on a toll road and acquiring passing automobile information of the automobile entering and leaving the toll road and transmitting charge information to a designated account of a bank based on these signals and performing the adjustment processing. CONSTITUTION:The register number signal received by a register number reception equipment 31, the passage time signal of an automobile 1 detected by an automobile detector 35, and the whereabouts spot number of the tollhouse from a spot number storage device 32 are outputted. These three signals are edited to transmit a passing automobile information signal 7 from a data transmission equipment 33. A charge calculator 43 collates the signal with the passing automobile information signal of the same register number to check it in the case of the signal for leaving. A charge information signal is inputted and is outputted to a charge demanding device 45, and the bank number and the account number of the charge demand destination corresponding to the register number are inputted from an account information storage device 42, and a charge information signal 8 is edited and is transmitted to an account system 6 of the demand destination bank through a data communication network 5.</p> |
