The take-up plate (2) rotates on a shaft (1) while the material (3) for mfr. of the capacitor is pressed against it by a roller (5) at the end of a spring (6) pivotable about a parallel axis (4). The rotations proceed in the same direction at corresp. speeds and the material is assembled (9) from two constituents (10,11) unwound from parallel supply reels (10,11) via step-difference rollers (12,13) which automatically maintain uniform tension. The pressure roller slides over the surface of the take-up plate. ADVANTAGE - Automatic and economical production of raw material for layered capacitor elements is possible.
