An artificial fishing reef for a shellfish farming is provided to form a dark habitation space, to block intrusion of predators of shellfish, and to have more larger farming area while smoothing flow of sea water. An artificial fishing reef for a shellfish farming includes: a front wire net part(200) installed for blocking an entrance(110) and pivotally opened and closed; a rear wire net part for blocking an exit(120); side wire net parts(300b,300c) for closing plural water flow holes(131,161) formed on the ceiling(130), the bottom, and left and right wall surfaces(150,160); and an ear shell spat farming part comprising plural spat collection plates(410) installed on the bottom, and an interval leaving fixing unit for fixing the plural spat collection plates to be mutually spaced.
