The invention relates to the manufacture of accurate electronic devices, measuring and computer engineering, namely to plants for casting conducting threads from metal in liquid phase. The plant includes an alternating current generator (1) equipped with an inductor (2) for metal fusion, a device for controlling the power regime of the generator (1), a mechanism for cast wire (11) reception, consisting of a base (12) onto which it is fixed a cast wire (11) winding carcass (13), a metal preform (5) fixation base (3), a device for medium pressure decrease in the glass tube (6), a glass tube (6) fixation base (4), wherein it is placed the preform (5), two mechanisms, the first for controlling the position (7) of the preform (5) with respect to the inductor (2), coupled with the preform (5) fixation base (3), and the second û for controlling the position of the glass tube (6) with respect to the inductor (2), coupled with the base (4) for its fixation, a device (14) for crystallization of the cast wire (11) and of the glass encapsulation and a device (15) for controlling the pressure in the glass tube (6). The plant also includes a temperature measuring device (16), a device (17) for controlling the mechanisms for position sensing of the preform (5) and of the glass tube (6), a device (18) for measuring the weight of the cast wire (11) and for converting said weight into a linear value and a microprocessor (19) with two inputs (A) and (B) and three outputs (C), (D), (E), where the input (A) is connected to the temperature measuring device (16), the input (B) û to the output of the device (18), the input of which is connected to the base (12), the output (C) is connected to the device (17), the output (D) is connected to the device (9) and the output (E) is connected to the input of the device (14).
