The apparatus adopts a reset circuit to simplify the system. The apparatus includes a first CPU (91) for executing control program, for communicating data with a second CPU, a second CPU (92) for executing control program and for generating reset signal to reset the first and the second CPUs (91,92) a reset signal generator (94) for transmitting reset signal to the second CPU (92). The reset signal generated by the second CPU to reset the first CPU is transmitted through a transmission wire (92c) and NOT circuit (92d).
