A artifial meat is prepd. by (a) putting defatted soybean powder into the tank (1), (b) adding 20-30 wt.% water into the soybean powder, (c) mixing the powder and water in the mixer (3), (d) extruding the mixt. under 15-25 kg/cm2 pressure at 100-130 deg.C by passing through the extruder (4) having die (5) to obtain the artificial meat, (e) cutting the obtd. artificial meat and drying with 100-140 deg.C hot air, and (f) cooling the dryed artificial meat at room temp. to obtain the final product.
