The sensor provides easy operation at high frequency by decreasing the paresitic capacitance, which results from the reset pulse generated in a sensor using the clocking pulse induced from the exterior of the sensor, and also improves reliability to the total device by decreasing the use of pulse pin. The MOSFET (14-22) outputs the reset pulse of standard voltage after logical production (AND) of the horizontal pulse (40) delayed for a time and the horizontal pulse (30) having an opposite phase on the horizontal pulse (40).
