摘要 The bitter taste of ginseng product, e.g. drink, ginseng extract etc., is removed by mixing with cyclodextrin. The bitter taste-free ginseng drink is prepd. by mixing ginseng drink and 5-12 wt.% cyclodextrin. The bitter taste-free ginseng extract is prepd. by mixing ginseng extract and cyclodextrin, whose amount being 1-5 times the weight of ginseng.
