PURPOSE:To render a polyurethane foam and a skin sheet integrated uniformly without generating swells. CONSTITUTION:An integrally formed polyurethane foam body is manufactured by placing a composite sheet constructed by thermal press bonding (a) an elastmer film made of a thermoplastic elastmer composite containing 30-70wt.% ethylene-propylene diene copolymer and 70-30wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by an air cooling method and (b) fabric into a mold in the form of facing the side of elastmer film inward, and after providing a back-up mold with a predetermined configuration, liquid of urethane is injected to foam therein. |
