PURPOSE:To provide a moisture penetration property, a wafer resistance, and an anti-sliding property, and also provide water-leakage prevention after nailing by hot-press bonding an elastmer film made of a thermoplastic elastmer composite by an air cooling inflation method and a fiberlike base material. CONSTITUTION:An elastmer film is manufactured from a thermoplastic elastmer composite containing 30-70wt.% rubber of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer and 70-30wt.% thermoplastic elastomer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer by an air inflation method. A composite sheet made by hot-press bonding the film and a fiberlike base material 12 is allowed to be 800g/m<2>.day or more in its moisture penetration degree and 500mm H2O or more in its water preventive degree. Herein, it is preferable that the ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber has a content of 60-70mol.% ethylene, a content of 30-40% propylene, and a content of 1-10mol.% diene compound. |
