The agent is applicable in households, medicine and industry. The stability of the sodium hypochlorite is increased through the introduction of bigger quantities of a superficially active substance. The agent is based on a water solution of sodium hypochlorite, containing active chlorine from 10 to 150 mg/l and phosphatic esters of ethylene oxide C8-10 alkylphenol ethoxylated with 6 to 15 moles or C9-15 fatty alcohol, as well as carboxymethylcellulose from 0.1 to 0.5 per cent, by mass.
