<p>PURPOSE:To enable the recovery of plural kinds of the deposits generated from steel sheets stuck with metals by each of kinds without increasing the size of the device. CONSTITUTION:This device has a heating furnace 11 for heating materials 1 to be treated consisting of the steel sheets stuck with the metals and a deposit recovering chamber 21 for recovering the deposits 2, 3 sticking to the materials 1 to be treated. The deposit recovering chamber 21 is constituted of plural recovering chambers 22, 23 varying in cooling temp. These recovering chambers 22, 23 are arranged in the state of communicating the chambers in series in order of the higher cooling temp. The recovering chamber 22 which is highest in the cooling temp. among the respective recovering chambers is communicated with the heating furnace 11. A pressure reducing means 41 for reducing the pressure in the heating furnace 11 is connected via the respective recovering chambers 22, 23 to the recovering chamber 23 which is lowest in the cooling temp.</p> |
