PURPOSE:To automatically and accurately totalize the number of visitors to a facility in a real time by reading data from contactless media carried by users to measure the number of persons entering the facility and that of persons going out of the facility and subtracting the later from the former to totalize the number of persons in the facility. CONSTITUTION:A medium 1 with which data are read and written without contact and medium readers 3 and 13 which read the data from the medium 1 are provided and the medium reader 3 reads the data from the medium to count the number of persons entering the facility when the visitor carrying the medium 1 enters the facility and the medium reader 13 reads the data from the medium 1 to count the number of persons going out of the facility when the visitor goes out of the facility and the number of persons going out of the facility is subtracted from the number of persons entering the facility and the difference is totalized as the number of persons in the facility. |
