NEGOTIATION SYSTEM IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT ADOPTING THE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain the negotiation system in which an application program is not connected and system generation is not again implemented to set an optimum negotiated value even when it is required to revise the negotiated value in response to an opposite communication terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A communication equipment 1 is provided with a negotiation processing section 20 independently of an application program 10 and with a destination information storage section 40 storing negotiation information as destination information. When the negotiated value is decided, the negotiation processing section 20 collates the negotiation information stored in the destination information storage section 40 with a resource of its own communication equipment 1 to decide the negotiated value.
