PURPOSE:To obtain a current control system which operates stably even for abrupt variation of load except interference between dq axes in a controller for a synchronous motor wherein the synchronous motor is subjected to variable speed control through vector control. CONSTITUTION:The controller for synchronous motor comprises a first voltage operating unit 14 for operating an interference component due to leakage flux of dq axes based on d-axis current, q-axis current and speed and for compensating thus operated interference component, and a second voltage operating unit 15 for operating a value corresponding to an induced voltage based on an air gap d-axis flux, an air gap q-axis flux and a speed operated through a flux operating unit 6, wherein the first and second voltage operating units 14, 15 are arranged at the output stage of a current controller 8. A voltage command outputted from the current controller 8 is compensated by a value corresponding to an operated interference component to produce a new voltage command. Since the current controller 8 outputs only such voltage as corresponding to the variation of armature current and the voltage drop of armature winding resistance, output from the current controller 8 decreases and thereby stability is enhanced. |
