<p>PURPOSE: To raise breakdown voltage and also decrease the defective ratio by lessening the stress imposed in the case of manufacturing optoelectronic coupler. CONSTITUTION: This optoelectronic coupler is provided with a photo-transmitter 9 and a photo-receiver 8, fixed to individual connecting conductors 6, 3 and electrically connected to exceeding one the other connecting conductors through the intermediary of a contact wire. Within the optoelectronic coupler, these transmitter and receiver and a part of the contact wire and respective connecting conductors are embedded in primary enclosures 13, 15 and further embedded in the secondary opaque enclosure, while the boundary surface between the primary and secondary enclosures is provided with at least one region adhesively mutual connecting both enclosures, as well as at least another region non-adhesively mutually connecting both enclosures.</p> |
