<p>PURPOSE:To enable an inductance or a resistor formed in the inner layer to be trimmed and adjusted from outside with laser or the like by providing a surface wiring layer with such a throughhole that a part of a resistor or an inductance are watched from outside. CONSTITUTION:This board consists of an adjustment penetrating hole 1, a surface wiring layer 2 having a conductor 5, a trimming inner layer element 8, a second wiring layer having a conductor 6, a third wiring layer 4 having a conductor 7, and a throughhole conductor wire 9 connected via a throughhole. This surface wiring layer 2 and these second and third wiring layers 3, 4 are piled up in a multilayer to prepare a multilayered board body. Then, the surface wiring layer 2 is fitted with a loading electric component 10 between the conductor 5 and a conductor 5A. The trimming inner layer element 8 is so arranged as to be trimmed from the adjustment penetrating hole 1, so that the inner layer element 8 can be adjusted.</p> |
