A communication method in a wireless network, a communication method of a station, and the station thereof are provided to select a leader of a multicast group, and to make the leader represent the multicast group to transmit an ACK frame for a received multicast frame, thereby offering throughput fairness of a transmission rate. In a wireless network area including plural stations, one station selects more than one station. The one station transmits a management frame including a leader request to the more than one station. The more than one station receives the management frame including the leader request, and transmits or does not transmit a management frame including a leader response for the leader request. The one station refers to an AP(Access Point).
