<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the motion detecting circuit to execute motion detection with high accuracy and stablity even to a signal transmitted with a motion vector. CONSTITUTION:A one-frame difference signal is generated by a frame memory 2 and a subtracter 4, and an absolute value is calculated by an absolute value circuit 7 and inputted to a switching circuit 12. A motion vector signal detected by a motion vector detecting circuit 10 is binarized by a binarizing circuit 11, and the switching circuit 12 controls whether the one-frame difference signal is added as the motion detecting signal or not.</p> |
