These cannot be arranged and designed in such a way that sufficient damping is achieved. …<??>To reduce the impact noise, the actuating lever, during its return movement until its end position is reached, is assigned a damping element (11) which exerts on the actuating lever a braking force diminishing with the decreasing speed of the actuating lever.
