PURPOSE:To obtain a product excellent in interlaminar peel strength, pressure resistance and impact resistance by forming a reinforcing fiber layer containing a thermoplastic resin as a matrix resin on an inner thermoplastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A sheet like fiber composite 2 is continuously transferred to the space between an inner mold 4 and an outer mold 6 to be shaped into a tubular body 7 and a molten thermoplastic resin is extruded from an extruder 3 for an inner layer to be welded and laminated to the inner surface of the tubular body 7 to form a double-layered pipe 19. In this case, as the matrix resin held to the sheet like fiber composite 2, a crosslinkable thermoplastic resin is used and this resin is crosslinked during or after the molding of the composite to obtain a composite pipe of required quality. |
