PURPOSE:To reduce the discharge of printing register inferior spoilage by arranging a plurality of printing parts in a spaced-apart and stacked state and providing plate cylinder circumference fine adjustment means adjusting the phases of plate cylinders in the circumferential direction thereof with respect to respective blanket cylinders to the respective plate cylinders of the printing part. CONSTITUTION:A plate cylinder circumference fine adjustment means 30 is attached to each of plate cylinders or each of plate cylinders on a main body side or a split side. The pinion 35 fixed to the output shaft 32 of a drive part 31 for the fine adjustment of each of the plate cylinders in the circumferential direction thereof is rotationally operated by the drive part 31 to transmit rotary power to the large diameter gear 36 unified with a bearing holder 35. The male screw part 37 provided to the outer peripheral surface of the bearing holder 35 is rotationally displaced by the female screw part 38 unified with a bracket 33 and linearly displaced in the axial direction at the same time. The bearing holder 35 holds an inner gear 17 in a freely rotatable manner through a bearing 39 prescribed in left and right directions and the inner gear 17 is engaged with the outer gear 18 integrated,with a shaft 4e through a key 19 in an impulsively displaceable manner. The minute displacement of the inner gear 17 is converted to circumferential minute displacement by the twist of the tooth trace of the bevel gear 15 engaged with the bevel gear 16 of the shaft 4e and the peripheral surface of the plate cylinder is minutely rotated along the circumferential direction.
