PC STEEL STRANDED WIRE ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency as a high tension member by making the exit of a bundling member flat and parallelly bundling a plurality of steel stranded wires in a line whose ends are fixed to a wedge plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of PC steel stranded wire 1 whose ends are fixed to a wedge plate 3 by a wedge 2 are bundles by the conical trumpet sheath 5 which is a bundling member and arranged behind a anchor plate 4. In the next step, the exit 5a of the sheath 5 is constituted in a flat opening and the stranded wire 1 are arranged in a line by the exit 5a. Then, the stress of the wire 1 is transmitted to concrete 6 from the wedge plate 3 through the anchor plate 4. By this constitution, the wire 1 can be surely fixed to the concrete 5, and the wire 1 can effectively work as a high tension member.
