FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: curved cellular structure allows top and bottom plates from metal or plastic of curved shape and curved top and bottom butt sheets. Mentioned plates allows hexagonal supports of cells, projecting downwards or upwards from surfaces of top and bottom plates. Additionally support of cells, projecting from curved top and bottom plates, interlock and glue together, and mentioned top and bottom butt sheets are connected to surfaces of top and bottom plates, opposite to surfaces allowing supports of cells in places, where supports of cells are not implemented. For receiving of cellular structure there are used half-molds allowing curved shape with hexagonal supports of cells. Flat plates for formation of corresponding curved plates are located between half-molds. It is implemented its positioning between half-moulds, following compression by means of press or vacuum forming installation for formation of hexagonal supports of cells on surface of each curved plate. There are placed curved plate with supports of cells on the opposite side to each other, there are introduced supports of cells of curved top plate into space between supports of cells of curved bottom plate for following connection and glue of supports of cells of top and bottom plates together with formation of curved cellular block. Then there are fixed top and bottom butt sheets to opposite surfaces of top and bottom plates in places, where supports of cells are not implemented. ^ EFFECT: it is improved productivity without increasing of material consumption. ^ 7 cl, 24 dwg |
