FIELD: virology, molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: replication-competence recombinant viruses, in part, polioviruses which involve: (1) sequences of exogenic nucleic acids that encode exogenic polypeptide; (2) sequence of nucleic acids that encodes artificial site of proteolytic splitting for viral or cellular protease that proteolytically processes (splits) protein precursor produced by virus and uses it. Recombinant precursor is split for usual proteins order and exogenic polypeptide is released. Replication-competence recombinant viruses can be used as vaccines against bacterial, viral, fungal and yeast infections and diseases induced by parasites, cancer and allergy. EFFECT: improved method of recombinant virus preparing. |
