The invention relates to a transmission/reception module, especially for a phase-control array antenna. A transmission/reception module (7) for a phase-control array antenna, which is connected to an antenna (8), includes a phase shifter (1), a high-power amplifier (3) and a low-noise amplifier (4) which are connected to the phase shifter (1) and to the antenna (8) by duplexers (2a, 2b), and a control circuit (5) serving for processing the negative-voltage signal data for feeding the units mentioned, the said units being produced with field-effect transistors. Application especially to a transmission/reception module for a phase-control array antenna, which is compact and has low energy consumption, of a reduced size. <IMAGE>
