An absorber type working chair of the present invention can adjust height in a manner that height is fixed by interlocking of grooves during rotation in about 60 degrees using each groove after a connection part and a lower board are combined, and during a counterclockwise rotation, the connection part and the lower board are separated to adjust the height. An O-ring is combined with the upper board in order to endure impact weight by interaction with an air cushion and a spring and to perform a shock absorbing operation. By using a heart valve type rubber board at a bottom part of the connection part, air is slowly discharged when the connection part is pressurized and the air easily flows therein when the upper board is lifted up by the spring. The absorber type working chair has a structure where a groove surrounding a circle is given to a snap ring and the upper board to be interlocked. The working chair does not rotate in case where no force is applied to the upper board, in order to prevent a situation that the upper board is rotated when the chair is rotated to adjust the height of the connection part and the lower board. The working chair is rotated when force at or above a fixed level is applied. The automatic absorber type working chair according to the present invention having the above configuration and operation can maximize user convenience through easy height adjustment, six-stage fine height adjustment and multi-angular working through rotation by considering that the age band of users in 40-50 ages is high, and can secure safety of a user through the shock absorbing function capable of enduring impact weight, and stability using a five-leg type lower board. In addition, since an existing chair of a sponge material used in farming villages normally is consumable, the working chair of the present invention complements several shortcomings of the existing chair while being semi-permanent.
