A system for processing real estate trust business according to the present invention comprises: a real estate trust DB for storing information for the trust business of real estate; and a real estate trust business processing server connected to a branch terminal performing real estate trust business including at least one among the trust contract, trust management, pre-sale and rental management, trust disposal, and trust termination of the real estate, and a trust department terminal processing approval business for the progress of the trust business, to transmit a payment request inputted from the branch terminal, to the trust department terminal, stores inputted real estate information and business processing information in the real estate trust DB, performs fee processing by associating with a financial server, and transmits trust information to a securities operation system for the management of the real estate trust. Therefore, the system of the present invention can perform the overall management and processing of the real estate trust business. |
