CONSTITUTION:In producing a wine by immersion and crushing of grapes, fermentation, removal of lees and filtration, an extract from a health food is incorporated in the system at the stage of fermentation by adding a yeast to a fermentation tank for grapes, and a combined fermentation is made, thus obtaining the objective beverage as a health food. It is preferable that the whole amount of the extract to be added be 0.01-10wt.%.</p>
