<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject beverage rich in mellowness and refreshed feeling by adding yeast to a fermentation tank for grapes in producing a wine and by incorporating an extract from a health food in the system, followed by fermentation. CONSTITUTION:In producing a wine by immersion and crushing of grapes, fermentation, removal of lees and filtration, an extract from a health food is incorporated in the system at the stage of fermentation by adding a yeast to a fermentation tank for grapes, and a combined fermentation is made, thus obtaining the objective beverage as a health food. It is preferable that the whole amount of the extract to be added be 0.01-10wt.%.</p> |
