PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in accuracy of working by projecting a laser beam of stabilized output on a work in a laser device. CONSTITUTION:The title laser output control device is composed of an output control circuit 14 with which the energy of a laser beam is controlled, a power monitor 3 with which the laser beam brought into spectral form is converted into an electric signal A, a light-emission end unit 16 and the like having a condensing lens with which the laser beam is condensed. The emission end unit 16 is provided with a light detection element to detect the reflection light of the laser beam on the incidence surface and emission surface of a light condensing lens. Also, the signal of the light detection element is converted into an electric signal B by an output detection circuit 22 and sent to the output control circuit 14. The electric signal A and the electric signal B are compared by the output control circuit 14, its power supply output is inputted to an excitation power source 9, and the energy fed to the flash lamp 10 is controlled. |
