MANUFACTURE OF PACKED TUBE WITH GRANULAR PARTICLE

PURPOSE:To pack granular particles into a tube with a stable packing of granular particle. CONSTITUTION:In a ratio manufacturing method for a packed tube with granular particle in which a metallic band plate is continuously made to an open tube 1 with forming rolls 9 while this plate is fed in its longitudinal direction, the granular particle 3 is supplied from the opening of the open tube 1 along the tube 1 so that void is left in the process of that forming, butt welding is executed to the opposing edge surfaces of opening part of the open tube 1, reduction and annealing are executed to the tube 1 obtained by welding, vertical vibration in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of tube is applied to the tube 1 in a proper position between the charging of granular particle and the continuous heating/annealing.
